When you book an appointment to see us, you will receive an email or text message asking for a few more details in relation to payment, and GP contact/referral details.
These are required to confirm your appointment with the private hospital of your choice.
Just to let you know, only Chelsfield Park Hospital and the Nuffield Health Hospital are regulated for us to see under 18 year olds - all other Hospitals are for adult appointments only.
Your personal data we hold is stored securely through Cliniko Practice Management Software and Google Business Partners.
